Milam and Greene Castle Hill Vintage Series Bourbon Whiskey

The Castle Hill Vintage Series celebrates the art and skill of blending old casks to create perfection. Master Blender HeatherGreene chose only a few select barrels from her library of well-aged, vintage casks for each batch. The first and youngest batch was 13-Years-Old and the much-anticipated release of Batch 3 will use only barrels aged for at least 15-Years.The series was named after the historicTexas Military Institute, also known as“The Castle” in Austin, Texas, that is home to Heather Greene’s blending lab. This is our most limited release, with only a few hundred cases bottled once per year
