Milam & Greene Wildlife Single Barrel - Grey Wolf

What’s the climate story? 3 whole years in our “climatic whipsaw” we call the Hill Country. This whiskey has been exposed to some of the coldest cold weather we’ve ever experienced as well as extreme drought and long periods of intense 100+ degree temperatures. 

Any “GREY WOLF” tie-in/distillery/personal story: I had a run in with one once and he tried to huff and puff and blow my house down! 

Color: Mahogany

Nose: maple bar, coffee cake, creamed corn, fresh mint, baking spice

Palate: a silky full palate with notes of butterscotch candy, black tea, dill and fresh herbs, peppercorn, nicely balanced oak

Finish: a lengthy cool finish with notes of german chocolate cake, herbal lozenge, and loads of fresh mint
